Moose Defense and Outdoors was founded by Dylan Fredrick to make quality tactical gear for himself and other like minded individuals. The drive to create unique and innovative gear was inspired by ideas to carry items in better ways. Then along came Moose Defense and Outdoors. The need to create new things has been a part of Dylan's life for quite some time, by taking engineering classes in High School, working for a holster company, and always wanting to build things for himself. Nothing has changed when it came to his own tactical gear. We also provide gunsmithing services to the Detroit Lakes, Minnesota area. When it comes to firearms, Dylan has always found a fascination with the simple machines that they are, and always finds himself tinkering with his own. From a young man, it was always his goal to work in the firearms industry, and what better to do it than do it yourself. Made right here in the United States with Barry Compliant materials and NIR Compliance to be matched with all the industry leaders!
